🛡️ How the Network Works

1️⃣Every night, anonymous delivery outcomes are aggregated by PIN code across all opted-in merchants. No customer names, phone numbers, or order details are ever shared.

2️⃣A minimum of 3 merchants must report a PIN code before any risk band is elevated above Medium. This prevents any single merchant from poisoning the network.

3️⃣Risk bands: 🟢 Low (<20% RTO) · 🟡 Medium (20–40%) · 🔴 High (40–60%, 3+ shops) · 🚫 Blacklisted (>60%, 5+ shops).

4️⃣Risk badges appear automatically on your dashboard order rows when a customer's PIN code is flagged by the network.

🔒 Privacy & Legal

Sovor RTO Guard aggregates anonymized, non-personally identifiable geographic data (such as postal codes and delivery success rates) across our merchant network to provide enhanced fraud prevention and risk scoring. No merchant-specific customer data or proprietary sales data is ever shared. PIN codes are geographic zones — not individuals. By participating, you agree to our Terms of Service.
